Frank Okai Larbi,Associate Researcher,PhD and Master in Educational Leadership and Policy of Beijing Normal University, China. Category A Talent approved by Guangzhou Science and Technology Bureau. Now, Adjunct Lecturer at the International School, Guangzhou Huashang College, and Associate Researcher at the School of Education, South China Normal University. Members of the Comparative Education Society of Asia (CESA) and the American Education Research Association (AERA (current member)). He has made outstanding academic researches, participated in nearly 20 International conferences and gave presentations, and published more than 10 works on the International Journals. With rich teaching experiences, he has taught nearly 10 courses to both graduate and undergraduate students, and currently as an adjunct lecturer taught at the School of International Education, Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University. ·2018/12 – date:Associate Researcher at the School of Education, South China Normal University

·2019/09 –date:Adjunctlecturer at the School of International Education, Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University

·2014 – 2018: Tutor at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA)

·07/2014 – 2015:A research assistant of Prof. Liu Qiang (Beijing Normal University)

·01/2014 – 2018/02:tutor at Chinese Athletic English Foundation

·2013:A volunteer to teach English Language in several schools during school visit in Haidian District (Beijing) organized by the faculty of Comparative Education in Beijing Normal University (China).

· May 10th-12th, 2018: presented a paper on “Internationalization of Higher Education in China: Opportunities and Challenges faced by Foreign Faculty Members, a Case Study of Beijing Normal University”at the 2018Comparative Education Society of Asia (CESA) at Cambodia.

· April 13th– 17th, 2018: paper accepted for presentation at theAmerican Educational Research Association (AERA) at New York, United States of America (Could not attend due to final dissertation defense).
