Sun Yifan, from the “3+1” of Sino-British credit mutual recognition programs of the International School,received bachelor's degree from Huashang College and the University of Huddersfield, UKin June, 2020. After graduation, she continues her master’s degree study at The University of Edinburgh, majoring in TESOL.

Sun shared her experience at the University of Huddersfield. Facing a new environment, she felt nervous but tried to get accustomed to the life there as fast as she could, for example, actively participated in club activities and made friends around the world. About learning, she kept in mind that there’s no shortcut and only study hard could lead to success. Therefore, she previewed lessons, follow teachers in class and read books after class. Through persistent efforts, her graduate thesis got A.

Furthermore, Sun gave some advice to International School’s students. She hoped they could cherish college time, study hard and think more to develop their logical mind, realize their dreams and contribute to the society in the future.
