The International College held a professional exchange and sharing meeting for the 2023 ACCA International Certified Public Accountants class

In order to help the 2023 ACCA International Certified Public Accountant class students gain a deeper understanding of the importance of the International Certified Public Accountant certificate in their careers, and allow first-year students to prepare for the qualification examination early and make career and study abroad plans, on December 28, the International College of Guangzhou Huashang University invited ACCA outstanding teacher Chen Mengmeng to hold an ACCA International Certified Public Accountant class professional exchange and sharing meeting in Room 405 of Qizhi Building. The 2023 International Accounting ACCA class students attended the meeting.

Teacher Chen Mengmeng said that students who have passed the ACCA subjects have a higher advantage in corporate talent recruitment. ACCA students can obtain employment support, such as visiting companies, internship opportunities in excellent companies, participating in the ACCA Youth Talent Pool Project, theme sharing by senior member, ACCA National College Student Financial Intelligence Elite Challenge, etc. She encouraged students to participate in competitions during school to improve their professional ability and teamwork ability. For students who are willing to study in ACCA classes but do not want to take the ACCA certificate, Teacher Chen said that these students can apply for a master's degree abroad after graduation, or they can obtain certificates such as junior accounting qualifications, CIA (international internal auditor), CMA (certified management accountant) and so on in China.

Yao Xiaomin, ACCA Specialist of the International College, said that university is a new starting point. She hopes that students will think carefully and communicate with their parents during the winter vacation, and make career plans and work hard for them.
