Guangzhou Huashang College and Guangzhou Liuhua Garment Digital Trade Center have long been engaged in school-enterprise cooperation in the field of cross-border live-streaming talent cultivation. Together, they have nurtured the college’s cross-border “Hexagonal Team,” which won first place in the national finals of the cross-border e-commerce live-streaming track at the 14th China University Students Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Challenge. In August this year, at the Global E-commerce Education Development Alliance meeting, Guangzhou Huashang College and Guangzhou Liuhua Garment Digital Trade Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement on e-commerce talent cultivation.Adhering to the principles of shared resources, complementary advantages, and common development, General Manager Jiang Baochang, accompanied by three senior executives from Guangzhou Liuhua Garment Wholesale Market and Guangzhou Liuhua Garment Digital Center, visited the International School of Guangzhou Huashang College on October 30, 2024, for an exchange meeting. The International School’s Dean Hui Yanyan and Vice Dean Zhang Zhen warmly received the guests and held in-depth discussions on school-enterprise cooperation, with Vice Dean Zhang Zhen presiding over the meeting.
Dean Hui Yanyan began by introducing Huashang College’s educational strengths and the distinctive construction of the International School, highlighting the Huashang Education Group’s capabilities and unique features in the international education market. She also elaborated on the background of the International School’s establishment, its academic programs, faculty, cultural exchanges, and efforts to improve students’ English proficiency.
General Manager Jiang Baochang expressed his approval of the International School’s talent cultivation model, emphasizing that a solid foundation in English is essential for smooth foreign exchanges. He introduced the current business scale and foreign trade development of Guangzhou Liuhua Garment Wholesale Company, including its nearly 30 years of establishment history, trade coverage spanning over 160 countries and regions in the Middle East, South America, Africa, and others, and its business model evolving from traditional leasing services to comprehensive foreign trade service entities. Guangzhou Liuhua Garment Digital Trade Center was the first to establish a cross-border live-streaming base in Guangzhou.
Deputy General Manager Wu Huiran stated that the company’s overseas business continues to expand, with growing demand for talents in the cross-border trade sector. The company urgently needs fresh, daring, and innovative talents to empower corporate development. She sees broad prospects for future cooperation with Huashang College, suggesting deep collaboration in student internships, cross-border e-commerce live-streaming course development, and jointly cultivating more high-quality talents aligned with market needs.

After the exchange meeting, Vice Dean Zhang Zhen of the International School accompanied General Manager Jiang Baochang and his delegation to visit the Taohuadao E-commerce Training Base, which integrates teaching, practice, and innovation.
