The 2nd General Meeting of the Student Union of the International School

The International School held the 2nd General Meeting of the Student Union in the Lizhi Building on October 15th, 2019. Counselor Yang Lijun of the International School and all members of the International School Student Union attended the meeting.

There were 3 parts during the meeting. First of all, Counselor Yang made an opening speech and expressed his gratitude for the students who made great contributions to the construction and development of the International School. He encouraged the members to keep ambitious and move forward together. He also emphasized the featured activities should be carried out in the following years such as the English Evening, English Speaking Competition and HUD English Debate Competition. Then, the ministers and member representatives of each department of the Student Union made short speeches. They summarized the jobs they finished last year and introduced their plans and duties of their own department. All members will unity together to develop the Student Union with enthusiasm and cohesion.

In addition, the President and Vice-Presidents of the Student Union delivered speeches. They gave some suggestions to each department. They declared that they will be responsible for their jobs bravely in face of difficulties. They hoped that all members in this big family can increase mutual understanding and trust, and promote their relationship in the following years.

Finally, all members took photos together. The 2nd General Meeting of the Student Union of the International School was successfully held.
